Home Watch – Interior

​

• Refresh the house by turning on ceiling fans and opening windows and doors for 15 minutes

• Check air conditioner/heating settings on thermostat(s), and replace filters quarterly

• Periodic house cleaning (hourly charges apply)

• Check all lights and replace bulbs as necessary

• Test all GFCI outlets

• Ensure that all appliances and hot water heater are operational

• Check refrigerator, freezer, and wine cooler temperatures

• Inspect for leaks under sinks and around appliances

• Flush and bleach toilets, run faucets and showers

• Clean dryer vent quarterly

• Replace smoke alarm batteries as needed

• Water plants as needed and/or ensure automatic sprinkler systems are functioning

• Meet emergency services ( alarm response) (hourly charges apply)

• Receive deliveries ( UPS,FedEx, etc.)

• …& other duties as requested by the client (hourly charges apply)
